That’s exactly what the Alleantia Library of Thing is: a collection of device plugins (‘active profiles’) built on our exclusive XPANGO technology, that makes integration of any device to Applications and other devices a breeze.
Using Alleantia products – Maxbox, Cloud-Gate, mini- and maxi-Gate – simply select the device you have, or download from the Alleantia Public Library of Things and install in the Maxbox. Then, configure it, and in few seconds the device is integrated in your application.
The Library of Things already sports more than 800 industrial devices active profiles, from different vendors including ABB, Schneider, Socomec. IME, Ingeteam, Electrex, Gavazzi, Omron. We are committed to continuosly expand the library, surpassing 1000 devices by end of 2014 and 5000 by end of 2015.
If a device is not included in the Library, for any reason (including that several devices are custom programmed e.g. Programmable Logic Controllers), we provide customers with the XPANGO Active Profile configuration tool to create its profile and upload into the Alleantia products of choice.
