I am a seasoned business leader with a significant experience in helping clients transform their businesses through digital technology. My main inspiration is making a difference - big or small - in people's lives. This is why I constantly strive to create a supportive work culture where experimentation is rewarded. I am currently leading Accenture Interactive's commerce business across Europe.

During the course of my career, I have founded and led the Omnichannel Commerce in Milan as a strategic Accenture Interactive's unit. Under my leadership in the Omnichannel Commerce, Accenture Interactive has been awarded with several local and global awards from multiple partners such as Adobe, Hybris (SAP), Oracle, Salesforce.

I have a proven track record in developing go-to market strategies, scaling up capabilities and leading strategic engagements with global organizations focused on delivering best in class Omnichannel Commerce Transformation. I love working with innovators and disruptors who are committed to challenge normal conventions. I am highly passionate about Customer Experience-led strategies.
