UNIDO ITPO Italy relatore a Heroes a Maratea
Maratea, 21-23 Settembre 2017 - UNIDO ITPO Italy ha partecipato come relatore alla Conferenza “Tech for Good: Idee e Tecnologie per l’Innovazione Sociale”nell’ambito di HEROES, la seconda edizione del Primo Festival Euro-Mediterraneo di Co-Innovazione che si è tenuto a Maratea, in Basilicata, lo scorso 21, 22 e 23 settembre.
L’evento ha riunito i principali interlocutori nazionali ed internazionali operanti nell’ecosistema startup e ha aperto focus interessanti sui temi più caldi dell'innovazione: agroalimentare, interazione uomo-macchina, intelligenza artificiale, growth hacking, industria 4.0, fintech e molti altri.
Il Panel Tech for Good è stato aperto da alcuni interventi tra i quali quello di Dinis Guarda di Humaniq, Daniele Russolillo di Planet e Luca La Mesa di Singularity University, per poi aprire al vero cuore della conferenza rappresentato dal dibattito sull’impatto sociale dell’innovazione durante il quale Andrea Carapellese di UNIDO ITPO Italy ha presentato la prospettiva dell’ufficio italiano sulle sfide ed opportunità relative alla valorizzazione dell’innovazione nei paesi in via di sviluppo. Il dibattito ha coinvolto, fra gli altri, anche Dario Carrera di Impact Hub Roma, un laboratorio di incubazione appartenente ad una rete mondiale di oltre 80 strutture e Chelsea Rostrum, esperta di sharing economy ed influencer attiva a San Francisco, California.

UNIDO ITPO ITALY PARTICIPATED AS GUEST SPEAKER AT HEROES IN MARATEA
Maratea, 21st-23rd September 2017 - UNIDO ITPO Italy was invited as speaker to the Conference “Tech for Good: Ideas & Technologies for Social Innovation”within the framework of HEROES, the second edition of the First Euro-Mediterranean Co-Innovation Festival that was held in Maratea, Basilicata, from last September 21st to 23rd.
The event brought together the main international stakeholders operating in the startup ecosystem and focused on the hottest topics of innovation: agrifood, man-machine interaction, artificial intelligence, growth hacking, industry 4.0, fintech, and many others.
The Panel Tech for Good, one of the most important roundtable organized in the main stage, was open by some speeches including Dinis Guarda of Humaniq, Daniele Russolillo from Planet and Luca La Mesa from Singularity University, which then give way to a debate on the social impact of innovation in which Andrea Carapellese from UNIDO ITPO Italy offered the office’s perspective on the challenges and opportunities related to the innovation in developing countries. The debate also involved Dario Carrera from Impact Hub Rome, an innovation lab and business incubator belonging to a worldwide network of more than 80 offices and Chelsea Rostrum, a sharing economy expert and influencer from San Francisco, CA.
