Milan, 26 July 2023 – Digit'Ed, a company controlled by the Italian fund Nextalia and participated by Intesa Sanpaolo, today completed the acquisition of 24ORE Business School. The transaction was concluded, in line with what was communicated on 18 July, with the acquisition of 100% of the capital from the Palamon Capital Partners fund.

With this operation, consistent with its growth plan, Digit'Ed affirms its status as the Italian center of excellence training for companies, institutions and individuals.

24ORE Business School is a historic education company in Italy, founded in 1994 by Sole24Ore Group and then sold in 2017 to the English investment fund Palamon Capital Partners, which has favored extraordinary growth thanks to significant investments in content, technology and team. Today 24ORE Business School is the first digital business school in Italy.

The entry of Digit'Ed will allow 24ORE Business School to continue its growth path and further expand its offer to new branches, benefiting from the group's experience in designing and implementing courses, as well as from technological skills and the possibility of establishing synergies with Digit’Ed’s high-profile network.

Digit'Ed and 24ORE Business School are bonded by the belief that training is the engine of progress and that it is necessary to invest constantly in education for the growth of people and of the whole Countrywide system.
