Carlo Fontana graduated in law at the University of Milan. After a brief internship at the Michelangelo Hotel in Milan, in the same year he starts his career at the Hotel Lugano Dante Center. At first he worked as a receptionist, then as Front Office Manager and management assistant until becoming chief executive. From 2003 he is also chief executive of the Hotel Berna in Milan. In 2013 he becomes CEO of the start-up company Hoxell.com.
