24ORE Business School and Unimarconi launch “Manager 4.0,
a project that looks into the future for an even closer connection between university education and the world of work

A partnership has been signed between the leading Italian digital business school and the first Italian digital university to bring the needs of the world of work even closer to the educational offer of the university. The offer includes over 40 innovative courses aimed at forming tomorrow’s professionals and the first university degree course in Digital Marketing

Milan, May 9th, 2022 - 24ORE Business School, the first Italian digital training school, signed a partnership with Unimarconi, the University of Guglielmo Marconi, which since 2004 has been the first Italian digital university with over 80,000 students enrolled in degree programs and Master degrees, advanced training courses and international courses. The agreement provides for the creation of joint courses and, specifically, over 40 study paths to university certification and validly recognized educational credits. This is an innovative catalog of courses capable of responding and anticipating all the most complex needs of the modern job market.

The first university level degree course in Digital Marketing is also included in the joint training offer.

For some time now the 24ORE Business School has been using digital technology to conduct its courses, thereby allowing those who are far from its physical locations to access its training. Thanks to its modern approach and to the quality of its training content, the school's students have more than doubled in one year, from 7 to 15 thousand.

"The synthesis between an academic training and a concrete link with the business and professional ecosystem, which has always been our distinctive strength, represents a step forward not only for us but for Italy’s system and its chronic gap in terms of the average employment level of young people. This is just one among the many innovations that 24ORE Business School is bringing to the world of education. The mission of our school is to be the link between people's vocation and their success. Today, thanks to the agreement with Unimarconi, we can guarantee a wide and complete university level offer, while providing Italy and its companies with a growing number of digital professionals ready for the challenges that the market requires. This alliance aims to expand the scope of innovation and it is no coincidence that the partner who shared this project with us is a university that has chosen to focus on a completely digital teaching model since 2004. Just like Unimarconi, we believe that this digital delivery method is, on the one hand, inclusive and helps to personalize the approach to studying, and on the other, it’s a guarantee of constantly updated, quality content and continuous support thanks to the means we make available. It’s a tangible answer today for coping with the demands arising from businesses and the skills needed to qualify as professionals in a constantly changing job market. " says Manuel Mandelli, CEO of the 24ORE Business School.

The training catalog of 24ORE Business School, which ranges from cross-functional to vertical courses on the most diverse thematic areas, includes part-time, executive and full-time masters for recent graduates who access guaranteed internships lasting 4-6 months. Thanks to active partnerships with more than a thousand Italian and international companies, 95% of our students are confirmed immediately at the end of the internship period. The model guarantees mutual satisfaction, of the student, of the company - which appreciates the qualifications and skills aligned to their needs - and of the school, which feeds a virtuous circle for the reference economic ecosystem. "I want to express my satisfaction for this agreement, which underlines the growth path of our university which aims to develop new valuable and highly professionalizing training courses, capable of bringing ever higher skills to professionals engaged in the growth of businesses and companies. This is an ambitious project that wants to be a benchmark in the Italian panorama of lifelong training. Unimarconi, which was the first to be the undisputed protagonist of cultural and digital change since 2004, today joins a partner of absolute value by sharing skills, experience and professional heritage of teachers and experts, to propose modern continuous training projects, in the logic of provide the necessary tools to support the growth of the country” says Alessio Acomanni, President and Director General of the University of Guglielmo Marconi.

24ORE Business School closed the 2021 budget with 40 million euros in revenues, doubling the 2020 value and exceeding the average growth of the Education sector which in Europe is between 10% and 12% per year.
