UNIDO ITPO Italy coordina il Comitato Direttivo del Progetto "Supporto delle PMI in Mozambico attraverso la promozione degli investimenti"
Maputo, 30 Maggio – 4 Giugno 2017 - UNIDO ITPO Italy ha organizzato una missione a Maputo per coordinare il Comitato Direttivo del Progetto "Supporto delle PMI in Mozambico attraverso la promozione degli investimenti" e incontrare alcuni stakeholder locali del progetto per presentare e discutere ulteriori attività da implementare nei mesi a venire.
UNIDO ITPO Italy ha fatto il punto della situazione del progetto, incontrando le principali controparti del processo di implementazione e valutando le necessità di alcuni attori locali rilevanti operanti nel settore dell’agribusiness con lo scopo di preparare il terreno per le prossime attività e definire le iniziative future per supportare gli stakeholder locali e promuovere partnership internazionali.
Nello specifico, lo staff di UNIDO ITPO Italy ha avuto la possibilità di incontrare il nuovo AD della FDA, Eusebio Tumuitikile, presentando le attività in essere portate avanti nel contesto del progetto e alcuni funzionari di alto livello presso l’IPEX, l’Istituto Mozambicano per la Promozione dell’Export, gli organizzatori del FACIM – il più importante evento commerciale del Paese, che si svolgerà alla fine di agosto.
Infine, ITPO Italy ha partecipato alle celebrazioni ufficiali in occasione del 2 giugno, presentando le attività del progetto al nuovo ambasciatore italiano a Maputo SE Marco Conticelli, ricevendo i suoi feedback positivi e le sue congratulazioni in riferimento alle attività svolte durante la prima fase dell’implementazione del progetto.

UNIDO ITPO Italy coordinates the Steering Committee of the Project "Support to Mozambique's SMEs in Investment Promotion"
Maputo, 30 May-4 June 2017 - UNIDO ITPO Italy organized a mission to Maputo to coordinate the Steering Committee of the Project “Support to Mozambique’s SMEs in Investment Promotion” and to meet some local project’ stakeholders to present and discuss further activities to be implemented in the coming months.
UNIDO ITPO Italy took stock of the situation of the project, meeting the main counterparts in the implementing process and assessing the needs of some local relevant actors operating in agribusiness sector with the aim to pave the way for next coming activities and define future initiatives to benefit local stakeholders and foster international partnerships.
Namely, UNIDO ITPO Italy staff had the opportunity to met the new CEO of the FDA, Eusebio Tumuitikile, presenting the ongoing activities carried out in the framework of the project and some high level officers at IPEX the Mozambique Institute for Export Promotion, the organizers for the FACIM – the most important business event held in the country that will take place next late August.
Finally ITPO Italy participated to the Official celebration in occasion of the June 2nd, presented the activities of the project to the new Italian Ambassador in Maputo HE Marco Conticelli, receiving his positive feedback and congratulations on the activities carried out during the first phase of the project implementation.
