Wide range skills, combining both a real estate fund management experience and a technical background of more than 10 years working experience as project manager in construction / engineering sector (residential, hospitality, office), being also an Italian chartered architect.
As fund / asset manager of real estate funds, management of the entire development process of new projects including the technical-economical feasibility evaluation, the contract negotiation, the design coordination, up to the completion. This is also integrated with the day-by-day tasks like the investment strategy planning and monitoring, the budgeting, the periodical reporting.
Specialties are the contract negotiation, the design coordination, the value engineering and the cost – time - quality management-control-supervision.
