Tom has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board since December 2009.

He has served as Chairman of our Board of Directors since July 2014 and previously served on our Board from May 2006 until December 2007. From October 2007 until August 2009, Tom served as CEO of Lattice Engines, Inc., a provider of sales and software solutions. Prior to Lattice Engines, Tom served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ProfitLogic, Inc. from 2002 until 2005, when ProfitLogic was acquired by Oracle. Earlier in his career, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer of Torrent Systems, Inc., a data warehousing and analytics software provider, in addition to holding various leadership positions at Marcam Solutions, Inc., a software applications company.

Tom currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Tom holds a B.A. in mathematics from Williams College. His extensive executive leadership experience, comprehensive knowledge of our company and the software solutions industry make him a critical asset to our Board of Directors.
