Luca Graf is responsible for E-Commerce, the development of web and mobile sales & service platforms and direct distribution at Swiss International Air Lines. He has lived in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Argentina and worked for the last 15 years in the areas of sales, marketing, network management and ground operations with various airlines. Luca holds a Ph.D in Service Management & Marketing from University of St. Gallen and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technical University of Berlin.
