Anne-Marie Tomchak is an award winning digital journalist and world renowned social media expert. She currently leads the BBC’s social media coverage having launched BBC Trending in 2013 - a Webby winning team which prides itself on original journalism and creative storytelling. Before BBC Trending, she was a regular face on BBC World News and produced the interview show HARDtalk. She has over a decade of national and international broadcasting experience and is a member of the advisory board for the Digital Youth Council of Ireland.
