Meire Katrien

CEO - Charlton Athletic Football Club

Katrien holds a Master of Laws from the University of Leuven and an LLM from University College London. She started her legal career in a magic circle firm specialising in European Competition Law. Advising and writing articles on the selling of sports media rights and state aid for sports stadia led to her involvement in football. Since January 2014, Katrien, as CEO, has been responsible for the management and day-to-day operation of Charlton Athletic Football Club and is one of the few female executives in English football.
