Ryan focuses on consumer Internet, mobile, social, local and platform investments.  His investments include Memoir and LuxeValet. Prior to joining Redpoint, Ryan was a Director at Twitter where he oversaw the Twitter Platform and its ecosystem of companies. Before Twitter, Ryan was Director of Consumer Products at Skyhook Wireless where they pioneered the Wi-Fi and cell tower triangulation technology that powered the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and Macbook. He was also responsible for conceiving of and driving the W3C Geolocation standard that is now used in most modern browsers.
