Jeremy was appointed Group CEO of Sky in December 2007 having joined the company in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2004. He became Group CEO of Sky plc in November 2014 following the acquisition of Sky Italia and a majority interest in Sky Deutschland.Under his stewardship, Sky has grown into Europe’s leading entertainment company. The group serves 21 million customers across five countries: Italy, Germany, Austria, and the UK and Ireland, and is Europe's biggest investor in TV content. Prior to joining Sky, Jeremy was Group Finance Director of DSG International plc (DSG), formerly Dixons Group plc, a role he took after 12 years at Procter & Gamble in a variety of roles in the UK and Europe. Jeremy is a Non-Executive Director and a member of each of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Burberry Group plc and a Business Member of the National Centre for Universities and Business. He was previously a Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Marks and Spencer Group plc, stepping down in June 2013.
