Gavin Andresen serves as the Chief Scientist and Director of Bitcoin Foundation. Mr. Andresen began his career working on 3D graphics software at Silicon Graphics Computer Systems. Since leaving the Silicon Valley, his positions included Chief Technology Officer of an early voice-over-the-Internet startup and co-founder of a company making multiplayer online games for blind people and their sighted friends. He is the lead developer for the Bitcoin digital currency project.
