With a focus on the retail and beauty sector, she manages the relationship between the retail and beauty portfolio of start-ups and Founders Factory's corporate retail partner Marks & Spencer and corporate beauty partner L'Oréal. She previously worked for WPP in the Transformation Team where she was responsible for building growth strategies and ensuring WPP teams had access to innovation and expertise from across the group.
