Anisah is the Director of Backstage Capital London, an investment firm that funds underrepresented founders, primarily women and non-binary people, people of colour and those who identify as LGBTQ+. She is also the founder of 23 Code Street, a coding school for all women and non-binary people that aims to make technology education more inclusive. They also fund training for women in the slums of Mumbai. Anisah's core mission is to create a workforce that represents the society we live in so we can see innovation of products and services work for everyone.
