Forum "Ethiopia and Kenya: opportunities in the solar energy and water treatment sector"
UNIDO ITPO Italy’s forum “Ethiopia and Kenya: opportunities in the solar energy and water treatment sector” will take place online on Thursday 25 February at 11:00 CET, with the goal of highlighting and discussing investment and business opportunities in Ethiopia and Kenya in the field of solar energy and water treatment.
The multi-session forum will provide, during its first part, an overview of the current challenges and potential of the two target countries, also by introducing several success cases of Italian companies operating in the local sectors of interest.
The second session will see the active participation of the Italian companies and entrepreneurs attending the forum, that will be offered the possibility of joining the discussion to pose questions, ask for further information or simply provide insights on the debate.
The initiative is organized by UNIDO ITPO Italy in the framework of the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors”, funded by the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea.
The event, which will be held in Italian, is open to Italian companies operating in the focus sectors and interested in the markets of Ethiopia and Kenya; every participant will have the possibility to be visible onscreen and turn on their microphone in order to interact.
