Nuove sinergie tra Confindustria Reggio Calabria e Unido ITPO Italy
Reggio Calabria, 25 Maggio – Opportunità di partnership con i Paesi in via di Sviluppo e Cooperazione industriale, sono stati questi i temi principali della tavola rotonda organizzata da Confindustria Reggio Calabria a cui ha preso parte UNIDO ITPO Italy, la Camera di Commercio di Reggio Calabria e diverse aziende locali interessate al tema dell’internazionalizzazione. L’evento è stato arricchito dalla presenza dell’Assessore alle Attività produttive del Comune di Reggio Calabria, dott. Saverio Anghelone, che ha sottolineato l’importanza di rilanciare azioni a sostegno dei settori trainanti dell’economia reggina, come ad esempio l’agro-industria. La strategia UNIDO rivolta ai PVS è stata inoltre apprezzata perché consente di estendere il quadro delle opportunità a contesti territoriali diversi da quelli già noti, come ad esempio il nord Europa, abbracciando aree nuove e settori non ancora esplorati.
In questo contesto, UNIDO ITPO Italy ha avuto modo di presentare i progetti attualmente in corso, suscitando notevole interesse tra le aziende locali coinvolte nell’evento. La Confindustria Reggio Calabria, organizzatore dell’evento, si è mostrata disponibile a seguirne i follow-up, in collaborazione con UNIDO ITPO Italy.

Reggio Calabria, May 25 – Partnership opportunities with Developing countries and Industrial Cooperation, these were the main topics of the round table organized by Confindustria Reggio Calabria and attended by UNIDO ITPO Italy, Reggio Calabria Chamber of Commerce and several local companies with an interest in internationalization. The event has been marked by the presence of Mr. Saverio Anghelone, Reggio Calabria’s city councilman for Productive Activities, who emphasized the importance of boosting actions in support of leading sectors of Reggio Calabria’s economy, as agribusiness. UNIDO’s strategy toward Developing Countries has been appreciated, since it allows to extend the framework of opportunities to territorial contexts other than those already known, such as northern Europe, expanding into new areas and sectors not yet explored.
In this context, UNIDO ITPO Italy had the possibility to present projects currently underway, arousing considerable interest among the local companies which took part in the event. Confindustria Reggio Calabria, which organized the event, showed its willingness to monitor the follow-up, in cooperation with UNIDO ITPO Italy.
