I'm the Managing Director of SheTech. Our aim is to bridge the gender gap in the world of technology, digital and entrepreneurship, through networking events, training workshops and professional opportunities, with the support of corporates, as well as local and international partners.

I believe in the power of communities and I co-organize
events like CMX Connect Milan and the Italian Community Managers Summit, one of the only conferences about community management in Italy.Diversity and inclusion have also become a
strong passion and interest of mine in the last few years, which is why last year I attended a Master's Degree in Diversity Management & Gender Equality at Fondazione Brodolini.
